How We Deliver Your Orders

1. Order Start Time

Many services begin delivery shortly after payment confirmation. Start time depends on the service type and current capacity.

• Plays, saves, comments, reposts, and followers use the start window shown in the panel.
• Monthly listener metrics may appear later because the platform refreshes those metrics on its own cycle.
• If an order has not started within the published window, email support@musicpromohub.com with the Order ID.

2. Delivery Pacing (Drip-Feed)

Larger orders may be delivered over time rather than all at once. The expected delivery speed and available drip-feed options are shown before ordering.

• Small orders may complete quickly.
• Medium and large orders may be paced across multiple days.
• Actual timing varies by platform and service capacity.

3. Partial Delivery

If an order delivers fewer units than ordered, the remaining quantity may continue automatically or the undelivered amount may be returned as panel credit according to the service status.

Contact support if a Partial order has not changed for more than 48 hours.

4. Refill Guarantee

Some services include a refill guarantee. The refill period and conditions are shown in the service details and order form.

• Refills apply only during the stated guarantee period.
• Content removal, privacy changes, or an incorrect URL may make a refill impossible.
• To request review, email support@musicpromohub.com with the Order ID and current count.

5. Platform Changes

Streaming platforms update their counting, moderation, and reporting systems. If a platform change affects active delivery, the available resolution may include continued delivery, replacement, partial credit, or cancellation.

6. Orders We Cannot Fulfill

We cannot deliver to private or inaccessible content, incorrect or broken URLs, or links that do not match the selected service. An undeliverable order may be cancelled and returned as panel credit.
